Come visit Florida in style by renting a cottage or cabin. Stay in a well designed "cottage" (RV Park model) and get a feel of Golden Pond Village. We also have premium cabins available with a built-in Screenporch and Carport. Availability is limited and goes fast each season due to popularity.

These homes were once used at Disney's Ft. Wilderness and are now at our location. Escape to the Florida sunshine and enjoy fun planned events and activities such as theme dinners, shuffleboard, bingo, karaoke, and more.


Each cottage is furnished. One bedroom features a queen size bed. The living room has furniture and a "murphy bed" which pulls out of the wall for guests. A kitchen and built-in eating area adjoin to the living area. (Each cottage including furnishings may differ slightly. Some homes are furnished, some are unfurnished).

Premium cabins are furnished similarly and also have an outdoor screenporch, laundry, shed area, and carport.

Seasonal Rental

  • Stay all winter season for only $7750 Cottage or $8950 for a Premium Cabin with Screenroom/Carport
  • Snowbirds! Stay as many winter months as you want at a very affordable price.
  • Ask for a furnished home when available.

Yearly Rental with 12 month lease
  • Cottage -$7750 prepaid for year -OR- $775 /mo. for 12 months with lease.
  • Premium Cabin with Screenroom/Carport -$8950 prepaid for year -OR- $895 /mo. for 12 months with lease.
